No. Your membership is valid everyday Rev’d Up Fun is open to the public. There are some excluded events. Rev’d Up Fun reserves the right to close the center for private events. Memberships do not include admission to special ticketed events, including but not limited to Birthday Parties, North Pole party, After Dark parties, Annual Easter party, Halloween Event.
The parent pass includes the same attractions that are included in the purchased child membership. Parent passes are only valid for the parents or legal guardians when accompanying the child member to Rev’d Up Fun. Parent passes exclude free food, birthday party discount, arcade discounts, free play cards offered in the memberships or as a sign-up bonus, or other offers that may be offered in the child membership.
Each individual that wants to participate on our awesome attractions needs an individual membership. Memberships are non-transferable. Members cannot share their membership with anyone. Each member will be verified on each visit by photograph taken at Rev’d Up Fun at the first use of the membership.

Memberships never expire. You may cancel your membership anytime after your 12th payment or after initial 12-month period. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 5 days before the next payment is due and must be made at Rev’d Up Fun by filling out a membership cancellation form.

Rev’d Up Fun memberships allow you to visit Rev’d Up Fun any day that we are open to the public. Rev’d Up Fun reserves the right to close the facility for private or ticketed events.
Memberships are active immediately.
Every time you visit you will go to the Filling Station to redeem your food. You can give the team member your VIP card or have them search for your name. The Platinum Membership holder must be present at the Filling Station to receive the personal pizza or appetizer.
Memberships can be purchased online or in our facility. If a membership is purchased online, you will be required to present the credit card used for purchase upon your first visit and will be required to sign the recurring billing terms and conditions. Each member will also be required to get their photo taken for use as identification. After your first visit, you will not need to present your credit card unless there are processing issues.
Your Monthly Membership Fee for all Members will be billed monthly to the account on file beginning on the date of this agreement. The recurring billing will occur monthly on or around the same day of the month that you signed this agreement (“billing date”). For example, if you purchase the membership on October 27, you will be billed on or around the 27th of each subsequent month until the membership is cancelled in accordance with the membership terms and conditions.
No. Your credit card will be charged on the same day of the month you initially signed up for your membership.
No. All membership purchases must be made with a credit card that will be used for recurring billing.
Yes. You can upgrade an existing membership at any time by visiting the facility and speaking to a team member. Your upgrade will replace your old membership and start a new membership for a new 12-month period.

You can cancel at anytime after a full year or after making your 12th payment. All cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the following payment date. Cancellations must be made at Rev’d Up Fun by filling out a membership cancellation form so that the cancellation can be properly processed and documented. We cannot accept cancellations over the phone or by email.
Ballocity, Standard, Luxury, and Platinum members get 10% of arcade games. To receive 10% off arcade games, members must use their VIP game card when playing arcade games. Members who do not use a VIP game card when playing games will not receive the 10% discount and no refund will be issued. To ensure game card points are loaded onto a member VIP game card, members should purchase and reload their game cards from the Service Center. The member price for an arcade game, that includes the 10% discount, is displayed on the arcade game play card readers.
Memberships require a 12-month initial term commitment. After the initial 12-month term, you may cancel at any time.
